Nothing is ever too much trouble for FYI and all questions were answered even the ones we felt were trivial, Ben is such a lovely person and that comes across in the business. A special mention to Kirsty also for being so helpful with everything.

I would definitely recommend the FYI group to a friend as we were referred by my brother, thank you Ben and your amazing team for making the dream of our own place a reality.

The most memorable thing about dealing with FYI is how Ben always manages to work out ways for us to obtain a loan without getting ourselves into financial trouble. You have helped us so much to get all our loans but especially this one (and they are always the loans that work best for us). I know I have called you a few times saying I had found the perfect house and you always answered your phone, even on the weekend.

1.What’s the service like from the FYI Group?
Great. We believe the reason we got the house was because of Sam's help with expediting our loan application and getting us an unconditional approval in less than a week. Sam made the whole process much easier to understand, straight forward and stress free. He also kept in contact with us daily to update us on the loan application status, which was greatly appreciated.
2.Whats the most memorable thing about dealing with the FYI Group?
Sam's pro-activeness and genuine interest in helping us with our purchase. Having had a very bad experience with a broker previously we were very skeptical about using another broker even though Sam came highly recommended. However, we are very glad we used Sam for our new loan and can't thank him enough for getting us an unconditional approval so quick and making the whole loan process so easy and stress free.

Yes and I have already.

There have been a few issues that could be improved on the banks general account set up. All in all though FYI, Kirsty and the team were wonderfully helpful and still are.
